Essential Functions
- Execute employee onboarding functions for all new hires, including orientation, company policy review, benefits review, and employment verifications.
- Maintain new hire files.
- Track, distribute, and file applications.
- Aid in unemployment compensation claims by submitting reports and documentation.
- Aid in FMLA case administration, including regular communication with employees and management.
- Support the administration of employee benefits (enrollment, claims, terminations, issues) in partnership with the FreshEdge Benefits Manager and PEO.

Education & Experience
- A minimum of a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of successful experience of the above duties are preferred
- Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation
$24.00 - $25.00/hour
