Human Resources Coordinator
Position Summary
Inputs data into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) modules including, but not limited to, compensation, payroll and benefits and verifies accuracy of data through audits and query generation.
Position Responsibilities
- Processes any human resources change in HRIS system and alters all data as necessary.
- Aids in report generation, maintenance and distribution.
- Aids one or more functional areas within human resources working closely with field human resources team.
- Processes Employee Action Notices including approvals.
- Reviews all HR documentation forms for accuracy.
- Contributes to recommendation for system improvements as needed.
- Aids in development, administration, maintenance and modification of HRIS processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Supports local team in HR generalist areas such as onboarding and programs.
- Might assist with local event planning and recognition programs.

Position Qualifications
- Education: 2 year college degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 1+ year HR experience in one or more HR disciplines preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel, Power Point and Word required.
- Prior ADP or Workday experience a plus
