Responsibilities
- Screening and conducting interviews for potential hires
- Oversight of FMLA processes for benefits
- Delivering exceptional customer service to employees and managers
- Preparing for surveys and contributing to HR projects
Qualifications
- A professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- One to three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) preferred
