About the role

Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator, where your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining HR functions and providing essential support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Screening and conducting interviews for potential hires
• Oversight of FMLA processes for benefits administration
• Delivering exceptional customer service to employees and managers
• Preparing for surveys and contributing to HR projects

Qualifications

• A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• One to three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) preferred
