What You'll Do

- Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.
- Aid in employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Serve as backup for administering New Hire Orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
- Affirm compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support performance management processes and employee relations matters.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Act as backup to administer New Hire Orientation, in case the HR Generalist is unavailable.
- Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and collaborative skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A practical understanding and application of general human resources policies and procedures.
- A working knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- A tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, internal, and external parties.
- A strong attention to detail, time management skills, organization, and quick response times.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities as necessary.
- The ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the role.
- The ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player with excellent work ethics.
- Strategic planning skills.
- A proficient use of a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
