Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR team to support our most valuable asset — our people
- Respond to employee inquiries and employment verification requests in a timely manner
- Aid in preparing and sending offer letters to candidates
- Support HR onboarding activities for new hires
- Aid in conducting weekly new hire orientations
- Utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, Workable, and Costpoint to maintain accurate employee records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 0-2 years of HR experience
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have an enthusiastic and engaging personality
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Environment
- Occasional travel may be required to support corporate events, onboarding/job fairs, and/or customer meetings
- May be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 10-20 pounds
Location

Pay
$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually
Schedule
Full-time, works onsite an average of 4-5 days per week
