Human Resources Coordinator
Position Summary
Support core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development and benefits & well-being administration. Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance tracking
- Support employee relations investigations and documentation
- Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions
- Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes
- Participate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs
- Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)
- Ensure HRIS data integrity and support related transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents
- Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
- Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization
