About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR function by establishing partnerships and aligning processes to support human resources, leaders, and team members. The role involves supporting the employee life cycle, assisting with HR initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to ensure high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Service Excellence – provides a high level of customer service by ensuring needs are met in a timely manner
- Serves as a resource for human resource policies, locating and providing information on enterprise and divisional policies
- Supports the onboarding process for new team members, including facilitating and monitoring candidate experience
- Coordinates day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy of data in HR systems, including HR records management
- Aids in the development and implementation of HR best practices to align with leadership and improve service standards
- Identifies and mitigates risks and resolves human capital matters, ensuring compliance with labor relations legislation and maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with one year relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and three years relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of HR terminology and competencies
