Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

Our client, a nonprofit/social services organization, is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to provide remote HR and recruiting support while the organization continues its search for a permanent HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee support, and helping build HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
  • Manage job postings through ADP Recruiting and Indeed.
  • Review and screen applicants.
  • Conduct virtual candidate screenings and interviews, as needed.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep recruiting activities organized and moving efficiently.
• Human Resources Support
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and route employee questions appropriately.
  • Assist with employee onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate badge requests and new hire information.
  • Support benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Assist with FMLA paperwork and other basic HR administrative functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience required.
• General Human Resources experience preferred.
• Ability to recognize when HR issues require escalation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• ADP experience preferred.
• Previous HRIS implementation experience is a plus.
• No HR degree required.

Pay

$46,800–$52,000
