Human Resources Coordinator
About the role
Maintains employee files and generates/processes HR forms.
Provides information and support to employees on a variety of HR-related matters.
Prepares reports and assists with data gathering and reporting needs.
Sorts resumes and conducts reference checks on candidates.
Processes job requisitions and supports recruitment activities.
Handles semi-complex assignments requiring judgment, problem-solving, and recommendations.
Supports hiring managers and staffing teams throughout the recruitment process.
Communicates effectively with HR teams, managers, and internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitates relocation processes for new hires and internal transfers, as needed.
Coordinates new hire onboarding, paperwork completion, and answers candidate questions.
Assists in the training, development, and knowledge sharing of administrative staff.
Coordinates and supports projects from initiation through completion.
Executes assigned tasks as part of larger project plans.
Conducts new hire orientation sessions and other presentations as needed.
Completes master data change documentation and related administrative processes.
Responds to routine questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assists with administrative and operational support activities for the HR function.
