Human Resources Coordinator
About the role
Build your career in Human Resources with our client, a growing, family-owned manufacturing organization known for stability, innovation, and long-term employee success. They are expanding their HR team and seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle. This contract-to-hire role offers exposure to nearly every area of HR and the chance to work directly with employees, leaders, and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participation
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs
- Maintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance tracking
- Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
- Review employee timecards and support payroll processing activities
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
- Support employee relations matters and HR documentation
- Assist with workforce communications and HR initiatives
- Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental priorities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or Office Administration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus)
- Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience

Work environment
This role is based onsite within a manufacturing facility and office environment. You'll spend time supporting both office employees and production team members, making this a highly interactive position with opportunities to build relationships throughout the organization.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $34.00 – $37.40/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
