Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Clock in and clock out candidates for interviews.
- Manage candidate communications through platforms like Indeed and ATS.
- Process background checks and ensure all required information is collected and documented.
- Prepare, collect, and organize onboarding documentation to support a smooth new hire process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system and HRIS.
- Aid with various HR administrative tasks to support the broader HR team and department operations.
- Prioritize recruitment coordination while adapting to evolving HR support needs.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to align recruiting coordination activities with overall talent acquisition and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or HR administration.
- Proficiency in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience providing HR support and administrative assistance.
- Experience supporting talent acquisition teams in a coordination or administrative capacity.
- Background in human resources, HR support, or HR administration within a structured HR department.
- Exposure to onboarding processes, including document collection and new hire setup.
- Experience working with HR systems such as HRIS and ATS platforms beyond UKG.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
About the Role
This role operates in an on-site, office-based environment from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position supports a fast-paced, team-oriented HR department within a mission-driven non-profit organization. The work relies heavily on technology, including applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms such as UKG, and online job boards like Indeed. The role is open to temporary-to-permanent arrangements, offering an opportunity to grow within the HR function.
