About the role

The role is reporting to the Human Resources Director or Human Resources Business Partner and involves supporting the human resources team.

Responsibilities

  • Aiding in the full recruitment process, including administrative follow-up, background checks, onboarding, and creation of employee files.
  • Being the onsite point of contact for employees.
  • Creating performance reports for various human resources key performance indicators (recruitment, turnover rate, etc.).
  • Documenting employee files related to disciplinary and other HR processes.
  • Ensuring that HR documents, corporate organization charts, and annual calendars are updated and sent to managers.
  • Coordinating certain human resources processes such as the annual evaluation process, quarterly bonuses, end of probation, etc.
  • Contributing to new HR initiatives and business-related projects.
  • Coordinating training with the HR team to ensure delivery on sites.
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance.
  • Liaising with other departments or functions as necessary (Payroll, Benefits, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an HR position.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite (Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Adept at handling confidential data with discretion.
  • Able to meet deadlines and be proactive.
  • Bilingual in Spanish considered an asset.
