You'll partner directly with regional leadership, influence workforce strategy, help drive organizational effectiveness, navigate complex employee relations matters, and play a key role in building a high-performing culture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across California and the Western United States.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
