Responsibilities
- Process candidate documentation and assist in onboarding activities.
- Support HRBPs in reviewing work authorization documents.
- Maintain accurate trackers for work authorization expiration dates.
- Contribute to HR projects focus on employee engagement, culture and communication.
- Help maintain HR databases and files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support analysis of employee data to identify workforce trends.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure progress on ongoing HR initiatives.
- Participate in internal communication efforts and event planning.
- Aid in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently while being an active team player.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying HR practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Education
- Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA.
- Major(s) Preferred: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Data Analytics/Business Analytics, or related field.
