We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, we have "Who We Are:" description about company. That could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, not role. The role summary is after location etc. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Role Summary: description of role (strategic advisor etc). That could be "About the role". So we can put that under

About the role

with

. - What You’ll Do: responsibilities list. That's responsibilities. - What You Need: requirements/qualifications/skills. Could split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to decide based on content. The "What You Need" includes: 10+ years HR experience, demonstrated success as senior individual contributor, strong business and financial acumen, deep working knowledge of organizational design..., demonstrated experience using AI..., strong understanding of how AI..., proven ability to move..., strong analytical capability..., exceptional executive communication..., demonstrated ability to operate independently..., must be legally authorized to work in US. These are requirements/qualifications/skills. Could group as Requirements (experience, years), Qualifications (knowledge, abilities), Skills (communication, analytical). But we can also just put all under Requirements or Qualifications. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one section "Requirements" covering all. But we also have Benefits section: "We’re an amazing place to work. Why?" list includes discretionary time off, health benefits, competitive compensation, 16 weeks paid parental leave, flexible hybrid approach, wellness stipends, career development reimbursement, awards etc. That's benefits. Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "Competitive compensation package" but no numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive compensation package" is vague but still states compensation exists. However they said avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive compensation package" is somewhat vague but still indicates compensation exists. Might be considered not specific enough? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive compensation package". That's a statement about compensation, albeit not specific numbers. I'd argue it's enough to include a Pay section with that statement. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay into Benefits? But they have separate headings for Benefits and Pay. Might be better to include Benefits section with the list, and maybe not include Pay separately because it's not specific. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation package, but it's vague. I'd lean to not create Pay section because it's not specific numbers; but it's still a statement. However they gave example of filler: "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive compensation package" is not exactly those but still vague. I'd treat as not specific enough to warrant a Pay section. So we omit Pay. Schedule: They mention "Flexible, hybrid approach to working from home and in the office where applicable". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Schedule. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list (What You’ll Do) we need
    • . For requirements list (What You Need) we need
      • . For benefits list we need
        • . For schedule maybe just a

(since it's not a list). But schedule could be a list? It's just one item; we can use

. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, values, etc. Also remove "Learn more at Exiger.com and follow Exiger on LinkedIn." and "At Exiger, our values define how we work..." etc. Also remove "Who We Are:"? That's company description; maybe we can include as part of About the role? But "About the role" heading expects role summary, not company. However we could incorporate company description into About the role? Might be considered part of role context. But the instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So About the role likely should contain role summary. The "Who We Are:" is about company, not role. Could we omit it? It's substantive information about the company; but maybe not required for role posting? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep company description somewhere. Where to put? Could be a preceding

before sections, not as a heading. That's allowed. The instruction says use

for section headings (list). It doesn't forbid other

content outside sections. So we can include a

with the company description before the sections. Similarly, we have location and work environment: "Location: McLean, Virginia Work Environment: Hybrid". That's metadata; we could incorporate into a short

maybe under About the role or as its own paragraph. Not a heading. We must not include duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove EEO statement at end, values, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:
