Principal Responsibilities

  • Participates in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues
  • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Provides HR and Performance Management guidance to team management through the facilitation of regularly scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Affords assistance with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters
  • Works in conjunction with HR Leadership to help identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching needs

  • Able to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Able to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS) and/or the ability to quickly learn computer applications; Workday experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Thorough knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Professional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM
