Responsibilities

• Provide organizational development support to business teams and functions, aligning with current and future business goals.
• Engage with business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organization design and structure.
• Act as an effective change agent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Develop and present solutions to issues in a clear and concise manner, leveraging insights from analytics and business acumen.
• Partner with SGWS University and business leaders to develop and implement programs that reinforce the company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all stages and achieve impactful results.
• Experience in areas such as Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Employment Law, etc.
• Proven success in implementing core talent management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Confidence in interacting with senior and executive leadership.

Physical Demands

• A considerable amount of time spent sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer, and adding machine.
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• May require occasional lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 20 lbs.
