Champion Complex Employee Relations: Lead high-risk ER matters, investigations, and policy interpretations to champion fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
Strategic HR Partnering: Serve as the dedicated HR Business Partner for assigned production lines, seamlessly stitching people strategies into operational and business priorities.
Elevate Leadership Capability: Coach supervisors and managers on ER fundamentals, robust documentation, performance management, and impactful leadership behaviors.
Standardize & Scale Processes: Own and refine site-level ER standards, playbooks, and investigation frameworks, ensuring perfect alignment with enterprise policies.
Drive Accountability: Oversee site attendance and performance management practices to guarantee consistent application and defensible, high-quality documentation.
SME in Performance Enablement: Act as the ultimate site expert on Performance Management and PIPs, guiding leaders through constructive execution and meaningful follow-up.
Leverage Insights for Culture: Analyze ER metrics and trends to deliver actionable insights that mitigate risk, boost leadership effectiveness, and elevate workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations and strategic partnering.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor managers and supervisors.
- Experience in performance management and PIPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of workplace culture and its impact on productivity.
