About the role

Responsibilities
- Coaching General Managers and Regional Directors through real people challenges.
- Building trusted relationships with leaders across multiple hotels.
- Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
- Leading onboarding and orientation for new leaders.
- Helping associates see a future with Shamin through career development opportunities.
- Recruiting to attract exceptional talent.
- Facilitating leadership and compliance training.
- Using people data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Helping shape HR policies and programs that make our company stronger.
- Championing our culture and our values every single day.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience working with General Managers and Regional Directors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with performance management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability required.
