Responsibilities

  • Champion employee engagement, drive a positive culture, and promote collaboration and team spirit.
  • Delivery high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business units, while taking ownership of the HR data and service information to the business units.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with respective department Managers to provide HR guidance.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and management workshops for new department Managers.
  • Support in resolving complex employee relation issues.
  • Monitor performance management process and keep Managers accountable in conducting quarterly performance & talent meetings.
  • Aid in the management of execution of bonus plans, merit processes and routine/ special request reports.
  • Aid in the management of expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Aid in the management of salary structure maintenance, market research, and compensation reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years HR generalist experience
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
  • Experience using HRIS applications (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
