About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide a leadership presence with internal stakeholders to align human resources with the strategic aims of the business and support the daily functions of the human resources department.

Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with human capital initiatives and participate in business planning and leadership discussions as the primary HR advisor.
  • Support activities such as workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management.
  • Support business transformation, acquisitions, integrations and other significant organizational changes, while assessing people impact of the decisions and developing change and communication strategies.
  • Support talent reviews and succession planning for key positions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders on strategic hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, leadership effectiveness to build high performing, diverse teams.
  • Provide leaders with data driven insights and recommendations on workforce trends, talent risks, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and resolve complex issues.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Legal to provide guidance and take corrective actions.
  • Partner effectively with HR Operations to simplify HR processes and improve the employee and manager experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years of progressive experience in all aspects of human resources preferred, however a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal legislation.
  • Experience with international and diverse cultures preferred.
  • Prior experience with building teams in a matrix, global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
