Position Summary

This position serves as the primary Human Resources contact for corporate leaders and teammates, providing guidance, support, and consistent execution of HR processes, policies, and programs. The role is focused on operational excellence across the teammate lifecycle, ensuring day-to-day HR execution is handled consistently and effectively. The position partners closely with Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and HRIS to support the delivery of HR programs while enabling HR leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to support teammate relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution

  • Execute termination and offboarding processes, including exit interviews

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and procedures

  • Maintain visibility and accessibility to teammates across the organization

  • Support HR reporting and analytics by ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends

  • Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and HRIS teams to support HR program execution

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for leave administration and benefits-related questions

  • Support compensation processes, including merit increases, survey participation, job evaluations, and variable pay administration

  • Develop and deliver communication to support teammate understanding of HR programs and policies

  • Aid in engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and workplace environment improvements

  • Assist with organizational change initiatives, including communication and change management support

  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and partner with HR leadership and Legal to mitigate risk

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency in execution

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft 365

Preferred Experience

  • Professional certification such as PHR or CEBS

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments

  • Exposure to compensation, benefits, and HR operations programs

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $70,000 – $90,000
