Human Resources Business Partner
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees within assigned client groups.
Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and change management.
Drive talent and performance processes, including talent reviews, organizational planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Support compensation planning, promotions, job evaluations, and other talent-related decisions.
Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending solutions that support business objectives.
Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through strong relationships and consistent partnership with the business.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and business leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Strong employee relations, organizational development, and change management experience.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
