Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across assigned business functions
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, team dynamics, feedback, and navigating challenging conversations
- Support employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and discretion
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, and team health
- Help drive key people processes, including performance reviews, talent planning, promotions, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, and development planning
- Use employee feedback, engagement data, exit interviews, and business insights to identify trends and recommend practical improvements
- Support managers through organizational changes, team growth, and workforce planning discussions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, HR operations, leadership, and other HR partners to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience
- Help improve and simplify HR tools, resources, and processes to make support more scalable and manager-friendly
- Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing culture where employees feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, People Partner or similar role
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core people programs
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations thoughtfully and professionally
- Comfortable using employee feedback, people data, and business context to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and helping teams thrive
- Experience in technology, media, advertising, or other high-growth environments preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

Benefits
- Tier 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Tri-State Area, Los Angeles Metro Area, and Seattle Metro Area): $115,000 - $165,000/year
- Tier 2 (all other U.S. Locations outside of Tier 1): $100,000 – $143,000/yr
