About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll be a strategic ally to our business unit leaders, helping drive performance, engagement, and culture. Under the supervision of the HR Director and our experienced HR Business Managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of human resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to offer—and represent us at job fairs and hiring events.
• Support training programs and compliance sessions that sharpen skills and boost team performance.
• Assist with compensation programs, job classifications, and provide market data insights.
• Guide employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy and productive workplace.
• Help ensure HR and payroll practices comply with all laws, policies, and industry regulations.
• Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to maintain clean data and seamless processes.
• Support rewards and recognition programs, and plan events that bring the company together.
• Lead outreach to schools, trade programs, and local talent pools to grow our pipeline of future talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or minimum of 2 years of HR supervisory experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Passionate about helping people grow and building a thriving workplace culture.

Schedule

• On-site in Encinal, Texas.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Must be available to support occasional company events or HR functions outside regular hours.
• Flexibility required based on operational needs.
