Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and develop people strategies that drive results. Provide insights and recommendations to influence workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, coaching managers on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive employee experience through communication, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent. Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and transfers through effective orientation and integration practices.
  • Performance & Development: Guide managers on setting goals, giving feedback, and conducting effective performance reviews. Support training, leadership development, and coaching initiatives to build future capabilities.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards. Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed.
  • HR Programs & Processes: Assist with compensation reviews, succession planning, and workforce metrics. Drive consistency and fairness in HR practices across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000–$95,000. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
