Human Resources Business Partner
About the role
Our Manager, People & Processes directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by building the people functions, while guiding the company through scalable, aggressive growth. This team member will also train local leaders on HR functions including engagement, retention, and cultural components of the employee life cycle. This is a remote role supporting a geographic location including: Pittsburgh Metro, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Northern Virginia. Candidates must reside in Maryland/DC Metro or Pittsburgh Metro areas. The role will require occasional clinic visits within this region.
Responsibilities
- Develops HR strategies for the organization to meet the growing needs of the Company.
- Direct, monitor, and improve the team member experience—recruiting, onboarding, training, integration, and career development.
- Maintains and enhances employee total rewards and benefits programs.
- Develops and manages company-wide team building and engagement events.
- Supports and delivers strategic HR plans that fit overall KPIs and business plan.
- Run weekly check-ins with Clinic Leadership to proactively connect about local issues, initiatives, and new policies/programs.
- Implements and improves employee feedback programs, performance review process, and compensation packages/designs.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting comply.
- Manages employment separation process, ensuring all exiting team members and processes are treated professionally and compliantly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.
- SHRM certification a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Culture ambassador who embodies the mission, vision, and values of the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data collection programs specific to our industry.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $105,000 USD
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks to ensure the safety and well-being of the children we serve. All new hires must complete E-Verify as required by USCIS.
