About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner – Advanced Therapeutics will support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the business objectives of Agilent’s Advanced Therapeutics division. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective HR practices support the growth and success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives of the Advanced Therapeutics division.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective HR practices support the growth and success of the team.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Experience in advanced therapeutic areas such as ADC, HPAPI, plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP, and sterile filling is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in managing complex HR processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the business and the individual.
