About the Role

Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Human Resources Assistant (Hybrid/Remote). Work alongside a collaborative team of patient-focused colleagues in our thriving Central Administration office.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Processes new hires, assists in maintaining HR records, data entry; helps facilitate new employee orientations.
  • Affords assistance in maintaining HRMS, including data changes, accurate record keeping, verifying employment, and general reporting.
  • Affords assistance with department calendaring, scheduling team meetings, and producing meeting minutes.
  • Assists with other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year of human resources management experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field, or HR Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS system preferred; prior experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively multi-tasks.
  • Strong team collaborator, with ability to also work independently.
  • Ability to handle large amount of sensitive and confidential employee information in a professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service, attendance, and work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.

Pay

Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $23.55 - $31.86 per hour.

Schedule

Workdays: This position is located at the Central Administration Office. Hybrid/Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or SW Washington. On-site meetings and presence will be required. Typical work hours are Monday- Friday, with flexible business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
