HR Administrator (NE)
About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you will support our Human Resources team and employees across the organization by maintaining HR processes, employee records, onboarding activities, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Answer routine inquiries and perform public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on topics such as testing, records, wages, absences, hiring procedures, and company policies.
- Assist with recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing.
- Review applications and interview applicants.
- Gather information for and assist with preparation of reports.
- Compose and distribute correspondence or letters that require knowledge of established departmental procedures.
- Develop, maintain, analyze, and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures as needed.
- Prepare, process, and assist with payroll and payroll-related records.
- Act as the primary point of contact and receptionist for the site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or a related field preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of education.
- Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
