The HR Operations Admin at Rosendin is the operational backbone of the new hire and employee experience. This role involves:
- New Hire & Onboarding Support: Coordinate and support the onboarding process, manage I-9 and E-Verify, and support benefits enrollment.
- Employee Data & Administrative Transactions: Process routine updates in Workday, handle benefits and leave administrative tasks, and support per diem processing.
- Benefits, Leave & Payroll Administrative Support: Provide support for benefits questions, enroll employees in benefits, and process leave timecard entries.
- HR Helpline & Ticket Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and resolve requests independently or route them to the appropriate team member.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with training assignments, compliance documentation, and other HR administrative needs.
This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills, comfort with systems, and a customer-service mindset. Key qualifications include:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or coordinator roles.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
