Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of human resources, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Aid in employee relations matters while ensuring consistent HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Cook up payroll activities, including timecard review and payroll support for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Administer benefits processes and assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data while supporting reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leadership on special projects, process improvements, and initiatives related to organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience supporting human resources in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Working knowledge of payroll administration, benefits, and employee relations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Experience utilizing an HRIS platform; exposure to payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
