Provide polite, accurate, and professional assistance on the phone with citizens and Revenue employeesAnswer and direct incoming calls on the main HR phone lineGreet Citizens and Revenue employees at the front window of HRPick-up and distribute employee checks and badgesPrepare and mail, email, fax office correspondenceRunning provide additional support as neededProcess payroll using the state’s SAM II payroll system and process benefitsMonitor, correct, and verify timekeeping entriesProcess employment verifications.Assist employees with questions Qualifications Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency2 -4 years of relevant experience, above general clerical work.Payroll experience in the SAM II HR system preferred.Microsoft Excel experience is beneficial.High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality The State of Missouri offers an excellent benefits package that includes a defined pension plan, generous amounts of leave and holiday time, and eligibility for health insurance coverage.
