About the role
Works under an assigned supervisor to support analytics and performance functions, including the time and attendance system. Provides high-level customer service to research and resolve issues and requests. Receives questions and resolves moderately complex issues, escalating more complex ones as needed.
Responsibilities
- Address questions relating to time and attendance, including time calculations, pay rules, scheduling, and leave accrual.
- Generate and format common HR-related reports (e.g., accrual reports, seniority lists, employee lists) using spreadsheets.
- Coordinate and track progress of requests, communicating with division HRBPs/Liaisons and IT resources.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from multiple email inboxes.
- Assist in delivering training (e.g., UGK or performance training), including preparing materials and supporting training delivery.
- Develop and maintain process and training documentation.
- Facilitate workshops to define customer requirements.
- Support multiple projects/initiatives, executing work prioritization and accuracy measures.
- Support the employee performance program, including tracking Bravo spot bonus nominations, providing reports, scheduling meetings, and updating performance review statuses.
- Support the Benefits Data team to identify potential data integrity issues and advise on audits and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in tracking finances for service centers, including preparing and submitting invoices, monitoring supplies, and reviewing budget statements.
- Perform additional functions (essential and otherwise) as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, plus three (3) years of professional experience in human resources, data analytics, or project management support. Equivalent combinations of experience and training may substitute.
- Direct HR or data analytics experience may substitute for one additional year of required experience.
- Specific experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Oracle Cloud HCM, and working knowledge of software applications, including Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions
- Majority of work performed in an office environment or from home.
- May require working extended hours.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with staff, management, and other personnel.
- Requires the ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry objects, such as boxes of paperwork, weighing up to fifteen (15) lbs.
