Human Resources Administrator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Human Resources Administrator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $71,000 to $77,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including collecting documentation, maintaining records, and supporting new hire processes. Serve as a resource for employee questions and assist with resolving routine HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain employee files, HR databases, and personnel records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with operations and staffing teams to support workforce planning and employee assignment needs. Provide administrative support for HR programs, training initiatives, meetings, compliance activities, and special projects. Requirements 2+ years of human resources experience in a high-volume, operations-focused, or field-based environment. Previous experience using HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Strong understanding of onboarding procedures, employment documentation, and HR compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software applications. Qualifications Prior experience with Dayforce or similar human capital management systems. Familiarity with unionized workforces, construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments. Knowledge of employment laws, workforce compliance requirements, payroll-related processes, and training administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. REF #52896 #ZR
