Responsibilities

  • Aid in the importation of Litmos training materials.
  • Update and maintain training/Training Academy calendars in SharePoint.
  • Manage and organize training documentation files.
  • Generate and send training reminders, invitations, and notifications.
  • Prepare training academy materials (copies, packets, etc).
  • Scan and file employee documents.
  • Upload documentation to ADP employment documents.
  • Locate and manage archive files in storage.
  • Handle suspensions using PowerBI, ADP, and Litmos information.
  • Support bi-weekly orientations, badge creation, I9 ID copies, language updates in ADP, etc.
  • Maintain ADP background spreadsheet import.
  • Complete training suspensions using PowerBI, ADP, and Litmos information.
  • Manage PowerBI document for education/certification requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff ID badges.
  • Support reception coverage alongside the agency receptionist.
  • Oversee daily mail processes for the receptionist.
  • Operate in a professional manner.
  • Provide person-centered, quality services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and safeguard participant-related information.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience with data management and tracking.
  • Proficient use of computers, including Microsoft Office and database management.

Qualifications

  • Valid NYS driver’s license.
