Responsibilities
- Aid in the importation of Litmos training materials.
- Update and maintain training/Training Academy calendars in SharePoint.
- Manage and organize training documentation files.
- Generate and send training reminders, invitations, and notifications.
- Prepare training academy materials (copies, packets, etc).
- Scan and file employee documents.
- Upload documentation to ADP employment documents.
- Locate and manage archive files in storage.
- Handle suspensions using PowerBI, ADP, and Litmos information.
- Support bi-weekly orientations, badge creation, I9 ID copies, language updates in ADP, etc.
- Maintain ADP background spreadsheet import.
- Complete training suspensions using PowerBI, ADP, and Litmos information.
- Manage PowerBI document for education/certification requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff ID badges.
- Support reception coverage alongside the agency receptionist.
- Oversee daily mail processes for the receptionist.
- Operate in a professional manner.
- Provide person-centered, quality services.
- Ensure confidentiality and safeguard participant-related information.
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of experience with data management and tracking.
- Proficient use of computers, including Microsoft Office and database management.
Qualifications
- Valid NYS driver’s license.
