Responsibilities
- Aid with pre/post-employment onboarding requirements, including orientations.
- Maintain electronic records of employees along with updating associated files.
- Absorb the end-to-end visa sponsorship process and documentation for incoming international talent, serving as a liaison between candidates and legal counsel.
- Coordinate sales incentives plans and associated calculations.
- Support day-to-day HR office operations.
Requirements
- Associates degree in business discipline preferred.
- 4+ years of current experience as an HR assistant.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Effective people skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Event scheduling/planning background.
- Familiarity with the visa sponsorship process is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business/communication tools and 3rd party HRIS software.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Exceptional attendance.
