Our partner is looking for a HR Administrative Coordinator based in the United States. This role sits at the heart of the employee experience, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.

About the role

  • Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate HR data and documentation
  • Cross-functional coordination of HR activities
  • First point of contact for HR-related inquiries and system assistance
  • Contribute to enhancing HR processes and employee satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or similar people operations role
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (experience with Paylocity or similar systems is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
  • Proactive mindset with curiosity for improving processes and systems
