About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with various tasks, including employee relations, documentation, and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee relations by handling investigations, documentation, and data entry.
- Update and maintain records, perform scanning, emailing, copying, and organizing tasks.
- Support new hire orientation and employee offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update internal resources such as emergency contact information and company directory.
- Monitor out-of-office emails and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Cook up and schedule appointments, acting as backup support for the Front Desk team.
- Aid in planning and executing company events such as weekly lunches and holiday luncheons.
- Liaise between Human Resources and other departments.
- Provide support for internal or external reporting and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Cook up travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodations.
- Cook up and coordinate with Front Desk and Facilities teams on various tasks and projects.
- Occasionally travel to other locations as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with reliability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.

Work Environment
This role is based fully onsite in Westwood, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in start time if needed. The job requires movement between multiple offices and floors, extended periods of sitting, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
