About the role
We're seeking a Human Resource Specialist to contribute to the development of high-quality training data for large-scale language models. Your expertise in areas like talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor law compliance, and training and development will be crucial in shaping the future of AI.
Responsibilities
- Converse with advanced language models on HR scenarios and theoretical workplace questions.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or relevant experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HRIS projects.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills.
Qualifications
Experience in HRIS projects, recruitment, employee relations, or similar roles is preferred but not required. We value your passion for HR and your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Pay
A pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
