• Support associates with benefit programs.

Problem Resolution

• Assist managers and associates with resolving issues.

Compliance Monitoring

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Retention and Engagement

• Support retention and engagement efforts for each hotel.
• Help meet retention and compliance goals.

Driver Culture Support

• Provide support for the 5 driver culture principles.

Other Duties

• Support other HR initiatives as assigned or directed by management.
