About the role
The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA and basic HR functions. They will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, on-board, train, and manage employees
- Handle employee relations and investigations
- Manage workers compensation and FMLA
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience
- Standard computer and technology skills
- Pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications

- Good personal presentation, politeness, and tact
- Ability to function in a high-pressure environment
