About the role

The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA and basic HR functions. They will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, on-board, train, and manage employees
  • Handle employee relations and investigations
  • Manage workers compensation and FMLA
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and laws

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience
  • Standard computer and technology skills
  • Pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check
  • Valid driver's license

Qualifications

  • Excellent active listening and communication skills
  • Good personal presentation, politeness, and tact
  • Ability to function in a high-pressure environment

$60,000-$62,500/year

Mon-Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm
