Requirements
- Experience managing people
- A minimum of two years’ experience in heavy recruiting
- Experienced in hourly employee relations
- Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities
- Conscientious and demonstrated initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
