Human Resource Manager
About the role
The Human Resource Manager oversees recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, compliance, workers compensation, accommodations, benefits, FMLA / ADA, Guard Card compliance, and basic HR functions including special projects. This role ensures compliance with company policies, federal/local state laws, conducts investigations, suspensions, and terminations.
