Human Resource Manager
About the role
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, investigations, workers compensation, FMLA and basic HR functions. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, on-board, train, and manage employees
- Handle employee relations and investigations
- Manage workers compensation and FMLA
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field or equivalent experience
- Standard computer and technology skills
Qualifications
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Good personal presentation, politeness, and tact
- Ability to function in a high-pressure environment

$60,000 - $62,500/year
Schedule
Mon-Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm
