Human Resource Manager
About the role
Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation, and assisting with mediation efforts as appropriate to create a positive work environment.
Employee relations contact for day-to-day responsibilities, responsible for conflict resolution efforts.
Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations team.
Ensure Federal & State Wage and Hour Compliance.
Function as the “hands on” HR Manager.
Aid in resolving employee issues to resolve issues.
Ensure operations are in compliance with OSHA Standards.
Provide assistance with start-ups and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
Ensure Enterprise system has accurate employee data for your operations.
Ensure compliance of training standards are met.
Achieve Compliance goals and standards.
Prepare for Federal / State Wage and Hour Audits by providing requested information.
Recruit and post job openings for Center.
Conduct routine salary surveys for your operations based on local wage rates.
Ensure HR training for supervisors are conducted.
Aid supervisors with corrective action/performance improvement plan reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management
- Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
- A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- At least five years related experience and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
