Human Resource Intern (2027)

The Opportunity IBRI is seeking a student interested in communications, fundraising, events, marketing, or nonprofit work. This intern will support donor engagement, storytelling, and event planning in a collaborative environment. The intern will help with donor communications, database projects, social media or newsletter content, and event support. Program Dates: May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027 Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted through November 30, 2026. For priority consideration, apply by October 15, 2026. Schedule: 35 hours per week Stipend: This internship includes a stipend of $9,650 for the full program, disbursed in bi-weekly installments on or before the 7th and 22nd of each month Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and internship programs.Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.Help maintain HR records and employee data.Participate in projects related to talent development and workplace culture.
