Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with some flexibility

SUMMARY

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Human Resources Generalist at THRIVE, you will be a friendly and trusted resource for employees, supervisors, and leaders across the organization. This role offers a great mix of people-centered support, practical problem-solving, and HR operations that help create a positive and supportive workplace experience.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and administer key HR processes, including leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, return-to-work planning, employee transfers, promotions, status changes, and benefits-related support. - Partner with supervisors and managers to answer questions, support employee relations matters, interpret policies, and help ensure HR practices are applied consistently and thoughtfully across THRIVE. - Help keep the HR department organized, compliant, and moving forward by supporting activities such as monthly exclusion checks, personnel record management, and HR system administration. - Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the HR Assistant and Confidential Administrative Assistant, helping coordinate workloads, answer questions, and keep departmental processes on track. - Be part of a collaborative team that works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in serving the people who serve our community.

Education and/or Experience

- Required: Associate’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible office experience. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field with demonstrated experience in administration. SHRM and/or PHR credential highly desirable.
