Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, process personnel actions, and ensure all HR transactions adhere to policies and legal standards.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics, create dashboards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process payroll adjustments, review timesheets, reconcile discrepancies, and address payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with recruitments as needed.
  • Present HR initiatives and facilitate communication with employees and management.
  • Assess information objectively and make sound judgments in complex situations; anticipate and plan for potential issues.

Qualifications

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations, payroll processing, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll best practices, and HRIS platforms.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Work Ethic: High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
